What we collect

Only what you send us in the order form: your email address, the names, occasion and story details you share, the package you choose, and the payer name and email that PayPal sends us. Your order is saved on our order system (hosted on Cloudflare) under an order number, together with its payment status. For abuse protection we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, not the address itself. We use this information only to make and deliver your song, to answer your questions and to keep our records. We do not sell it.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. You can pay with a debit or credit card, or with your PayPal account. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

To create your song, deliver it, and support your order. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a simple page without ads or tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep your order, story and delivery details for as long as needed to support your order, handle payment questions and keep accounting records. After that we delete the story and personal details.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the story and details you sent us at any time by writing to hello@catincamusic.com. Payment records held by PayPal and accounting records we are required to keep may remain.
