What you buy

A custom song produced by a human DJ and music producer using digital tools, written around the story and details you send us. The package you choose (Test, Standard or Premium) decides length, extras and delivery time, as shown on our packages page.

Delivery

We deliver your song as a digital file by email, after you pay and send your story. Premium songs are delivered within 24 hours with your own photos, or within 6 hours with an AI-generated cover. For Standard and Test songs we confirm the delivery time by email after your order. If we need more information to start, we will email you. If we do not receive your story within 14 days of your payment, write to us and we will refund you.

Changes

Standard and Premium songs include one free change after you hear the first version. Please send your change request within 24 hours of delivery. The Test Song does not include changes.

Refunds

Because every song is made specially for you, we do not offer refunds after a song has been delivered and approved. We will refund your payment if we cannot deliver your song, or if you contact us before we start working on it. If something is wrong with your song, or you have a problem with a payment, please write to us first at hello@catincamusic.com and we will fix it.

Your story and ownership

You confirm you have the right to share the names and details you send. The song is made for you to keep, play and share with the people it was made for. Personal use and sharing on social media are fine. Commercial use, paid advertising or resale needs our written permission first.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. We never see or store your card details. Never send card, bank or ID numbers by email.
